Privacy Policy

We collect the information you give us when placing an order or contacting us — your name, phone number, delivery address, email, and any design files you upload.

Your selected designs, colours, sizes and quantities are saved in your browser so your cart remains available after a refresh. Delivery details are stored when you continue to UPI payment. We store an optional private payment screenshot for owner verification. We never collect your UPI PIN. You can remove saved items from the cart.

We use this only to process your order, communicate with you about it (via WhatsApp or email), and improve our service.

We don't sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to fulfill and ship your order.

Uploaded design files are used only for your order and are not used for any other purpose without your permission.

We may use basic website analytics to understand traffic and improve the site.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support.khokhiprints@gmail.com.
