Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

For custom prints, pick a product, choose your options, upload your design, and send us your details. We'll reply on WhatsApp with a mockup and final price — nothing gets printed until you confirm. For Khokhi Originals, choose the design, size and colour, add it to your cart, fill in delivery details, pay by UPI, and submit the 12-digit transaction ID. We confirm on WhatsApp after payment verification.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

No — you can order just 1 piece. Bulk and team orders are welcome too; message us on WhatsApp for volume pricing.

Question 3

I don't have a design ready — can I still order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with a rough idea, a photo, or even just a vibe, and we'll help you figure out what to print before anything is finalized.

Question 4

Do I pay online?

Accepted Answer

Custom-print orders are confirmed and paid directly with us over WhatsApp after mockup and price approval. Khokhi Originals is paid by manual UPI at checkout. Scan the order QR or use a UPI app, then place the order — you can attach a payment screenshot if you want to. The owner verifies the transaction in their own UPI app or bank statement before confirming on WhatsApp; the site does not automatically mark it paid.

Question 5

What are Khokhi Originals?

Accepted Answer

Six owner-designed, DTF-printed unisex T-shirts in sizes XS–7XL. Each design comes in regular fit (₹699) or oversized fit (₹899). Choose the design, colour, fit and size without uploading artwork. Pay by UPI at checkout; the owner checks payment before confirming on WhatsApp.

Question 6

What file format should I upload?

Accepted Answer

PNG or JPEG, ideally at 300 DPI for the sharpest print (150 DPI minimum). Keep the file under 25MB and trim any empty space around your design before uploading.

Question 7

Can I upload more than one file?

Accepted Answer

Yes — custom-print product pages accept multiple files. Khokhi Originals designs are fixed and do not require an artwork upload.

Question 8

Will the printed colors match exactly what I see on my screen?

Accepted Answer

Very closely, but expect very slight variation — this is normal across any printing process since screens and fabric render color a little differently.

Question 9

Can you print any design I upload?

Accepted Answer

We print original artwork and anything you have the rights to use. We can't print copyrighted characters, logos, or artwork without permission from the rights holder — if this comes up, we'll ask you to confirm you have the rights or suggest a change before proceeding.

Question 10

What printing methods do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the product: DTG (Direct-to-Garment), DTF (Direct-to-Film), Embroidery, Vinyl, and Sublimation. Each product page shows which types are available for that item, with a quick explainer next to each option.

Question 11

Are there any limitations with DTG printing?

Accepted Answer

DTG gives vibrant, detailed results, but as with any direct-print method there can be very minor fusing marks or a faint initial smell that fades after the first wash — normal and doesn't affect durability.

Question 12

Where do I find the size chart?

Accepted Answer

Tap the size chart icon next to the size selector on any product page — it shows exact measurements for that specific item.

Question 13

Do sizes run true?

Accepted Answer

Generally yes, though a variation of up to half an inch per side is normal in garment manufacturing.

Question 14

How long does an order take?

Accepted Answer

7-8 business days from confirmation to delivery, covering both printing and shipping.

Question 15

Do you ship across India?

Accepted Answer

Yes, pan-India.

Question 16

Is delivery free for Khokhi Originals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delivery is free on every Khokhi Originals order — you pay only the product price. Delivery takes 7-8 business days after confirmation.

Question 17

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Once it's dispatched, we'll send your tracking details directly on WhatsApp.

Question 18

Can I get my order faster?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes — message us and we'll let you know if rush processing is possible for your item (may include an extra charge).

Question 19

Can I return or exchange my order?

Accepted Answer

Custom-print orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a wrong size chosen or change of mind. Khokhi Originals returns are only for wrong or damaged items, with no exchanges for choosing the wrong size. Please check the size chart before confirming.

Question 20

What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Accepted Answer

Message us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we'll arrange a reprint and reship it at no extra cost to you.

Question 21

What if my order never arrives?

Accepted Answer

If a delivery fails (wrong address, unavailable, etc.) we'll reach out on WhatsApp to sort out redelivery.

Question 22

How do I wash my printed item?

Accepted Answer

Wash inside-out in cold water, skip the bleach, and dry on low heat or air dry. Iron inside-out if needed. This keeps the print looking sharp for a long time.

Question 23

Do you have a physical store?

Accepted Answer

No — Khokhi Prints is a home-based, remote operation. Everything is coordinated online and over WhatsApp.

Question 24

How do I get in touch?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp is fastest: +91 8128031265. You can also email support.khokhiprints@gmail.com.
